I really like your pictures, but I think that the color is more of a split compliment color scheme than an analogous one. The blue in the sky pairs nicely with the red orange and yellow orange.
I agree with Abi, I think it works better as a split compliment I also like the contrast on the black and white one, its really interesting, although there isn't that clear of a focal point
The glass in your black and white photo creates an interesting distortion of the background that is seen through it. I like how it isn't placed directly in the center of the image. I agree that your color photo isn't quite analogus with the blue in the background, but the blue puts a very nice emphasis on your orange, yellow, and red leaves.
The first interesting is really interesting with the light on the glass, but the background is a little crowded, which takes away from the emphasis on the glass.

ReplyDeleteThe cup in the first picture could be shifted a little to the left to have better rule of thirds.
