in the colored one, i love how the colors of the buttons on the dash are similar to the ones in the sky. it unifies the photo. there is nice contrast also in the black and white as well
Love both of your photos. The only thing I would change would be to lighten the first picture (the colored one) because it's a little difficult to see.

Love the contrast in the black and white photography. There is some nice contrast there, you have really crisp and clean whites and the range from black to white is just awesome!

I think you have great composition and colors in your first photo but I think the image would be stronger if you had cleaned the windshield. The dirtiness of it distracts from the image.
The black and white one seems very nicely composed. I just wish the pole wasn't sticking directly out of his head. I like the colors in the first one but I can't quite tell what the focal point is. Maybe that's just me though
I love your black and white image! Great contrast and subject. It has a nice foreground, middle ground, and background as well. Your color photo has nice elements and the dirty splatter gives it a nice texture that adds to it. Maybe move the horizon line up just a little bit though.
I like the contrast with the color and the dashboard! the colors are really nice. The black and white pic is nice because his pose works with the dramatic contest, but the pole is slightly off-putting
